PAXTON – The Paxton-Buckley-Loda seventh-grade boys basketball team lost 22-19 to Tri-Point on Thursday.
The Panthers led 10-8 at halftime and trailed by two going into the fourth quarter before being outscored 6-5 in the final quarter.
Landry Waugh had seven points while Tomasi Suaava and Mason Duley each had six points.
Tri-Point had 15 offensive rebounds.
For PBL, Suaava had five rebounds, including three offensive boards. Duley had four rebounds while Waugh had two rebounds and three steals.
Jayce Shedd had two rebounds while Timber Withers had two assists and Fabian Figueroa had two steals.
