GIBSON CITY — Kery Wilson Fisher, 77, a onetime resident of Gibson City, died Monday, Sept. 22, 2025, at the home of a friend in Ann Arbor, Mich.
Funeral arrangements were incomplete at Neptune Cremation Services in Ann Arbor, Mich. Burial will take place at Silverbrook Cemetery of Niles, Mich., at a future date.
Mr. Fisher was born Dec. 12, 1947, the son of Arthur and Betty (Turner) Fisher. He was raised by his stepmother, Ruth (Thompson) Fisher, and father.
Surviving are his partner, Teri Doris of Kansas, Ill.; two brothers, Denis (Cherry Astronomo) Fisher of Gibson City and Kim Fisher of Gibson City; three sisters, Diane Norris of Algonquin, Sue Rhodes of Gibson City and Vickie (Daniel) Easton of Arnold, Mo.; and four daughters.
Mr. Fisher attended grade school at Niles, Mich., and graduated from Grinnell High School in Grinnell, Iowa, in 1966. He spent three years in the U.S. Army and was deployed to Vietnam in 1967. He spent most of his life dealing antiques and art through sales and auctions throughout the Midwest.
