BLOOMINGTON — Paxton-Buckley-Loda boys track and field athlete Robert Boyd-Meents finished third in the long jump with a leap of 6.5 meters during Friday’s Illinois Prep Top Times Meet.
On the girls’ side, PBL’s Bailey Luebchow finished fifth in the pole vault with a height of 3.27 meters.
PBL’s Mason Vaughan finished eighth in the boys’ 60-meter hurdles with a time of 9.06 in the finals after posting a time of nine seconds in preliminaries.
GCMS’s Kale Holzhauer finished eighth in the boys’ shot put with a throw of 14.01 meters. Teammate Shawn Schlickman tied for 10th in the boys’ pole vault with a height of 3.66 meters.
PBL’s Kyla Franckey finished 13th with a time of 12:37.72 in the girls’ 60-meter hurdles.
Tri-Point’s Lexa Porth finished 17th in the girls’ 400-meter dash with a time of 1:03.79. With the time, she reset a school record that she broke with a time of 1:04.75 the previous Monday at the Clinton Last Chance Meet.
In the girls’ 60-meter hurdles, Hallee Johnson finished 19th with a time of 10.45 seconds while Olivia Rehg finished 22nd with a time of 10.71 seconds.
